Tootsies

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Tootsies (“Toots,” “the bot,” “we”) is a Discord bot that a server’s moderators add to their own community. By adding, configuring, or interacting with Tootsies, you agree to these terms.

1. What the bot does

Tootsies is a conversational and utility bot: it answers when mentioned, joins in on conversation, posts recaps and discussion prompts, tracks lightweight community engagement stats and games, and provides moderator configuration commands. Features are opt-in per server and controlled by that server’s moderators.

2. Acceptable use

The bot enforces its own conduct rules and may warn, rate-limit, or stop responding to users who abuse it.

3. Availability

The bot is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Automated and AI-generated responses may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Don’t rely on them for factual, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions. Any in-bot games or points are for fun and carry no real-world value.

4. Third-party services

The bot runs on Discord and uses third-party providers (for example AI model, hosting, and data providers) to function. Your use is also subject to those providers’ terms.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time. A server’s moderators can remove the bot at any time, and any user can stop interacting with it. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
